Waive right to 14-day cooling off period
The Consumer Rights Act gives you 14 days to change your mind and get a refund on your digital content purchase. However, you do not have this right if you have already gained access to the digital content (through a download, streaming or access), you have been told about this in advance and you have acknowledged this.
The digital content should be of a satisfactory quality, as we have described it and fit for purpose. You will be entitled to repair or replacement if the content is faulty and if the fault can’t be fixed you may be entitled to a refund of some or all the money paid.
As you will have access to the content immediately you will need to waive your right to the standard 14 day cooling off period. If you do not agree to this, then your access to the digital content will not commence for 14 days after.
You confirm:
Once I pay for the access to the digital content and receive access to the digital content, I acknowledge I have lost any right to withdraw from the contract. I have been notified of the 14 day cooling-off period and I agree that I have waived this right and cannot now cancel the contract.
